WHAT DOES 'READY TO SHIP' MEAN?
Non-customized items located on the Shop Page. These do not require any additional customization.
WHAT KIND OF CUSTOM ITEMS CAN I ORDER?
All of them! Wine glasses, tumblers, team shirts, bags, mugs, keychains, car and window decals, desk name plates, magnets, etc.
HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Custom orders: Please allow us 1-2 weeks to get large orders designed and ready then 3-7 business days for shipping.
Ready to Ship orders: 3-7 business days from the day of order.
HOW CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER OR INQUIRE ABOUT DIFFERENT OPTIONS?

I LIVE NEAR PILOT POINT, TEXAS, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes! At check out, choose the local pickup option and pickup instructions will be emailed to you.
WHAT IF THE T-SHIRT I WANT SAYS 'BEARCAT' BUT I WANT ANOTHER MASCOT?
Most sport T-shirts have the option of changing the mascot/ team colors/ sport ball at the bottom of the item page. If you are wanting to custom further, please fill out the form on the Custom Orders tab.
All Ready To Ship and custom orders will be crew neck unless stated otherwise.
Colors/Sizes/Styles in stock may vary due to warehouse availability. If certain orders are out of stock, we will reach out as soon as possible to offer accomodations.
